morning weight: 83.7 kg (!!! Does my scale broken??? that's impossible...) 09:00 BF : Two banana, two glass of waters 14:00 Lunch : ร้าน "บ้านเทียนหอม" (ข้าว + กับ 4 อย่าง เยอะมาก) 20:00 Dinner: ข้าว + หลนกุ้ง + กุ้งผัดผงกะหรี่ 00:30 go to bed

In short, I went to Ratchaburi, having two decent meals, very very full. Don't wanna know tomorrow weight.... Wait... Tomorrow I will be at the resort and I don't bring my scale with me, so I don't have to worry about it for now..

21 March 2010 09:20 BF : Buffet BF, I ate two bowl of porridge, one plate of egg-and-sausage and a few Pa-tong-koh, oh, and a bowl of noodle as well. 15:00 Lunch : Duck topping rice at Don Wai floating market (ข้าวหน้าเป็ด ตลาดน้ำดอนหวาย) 19:00 Dinner : Thai dishes with my family

Back to our home around 22:00 with very full stomach, I went straight to the scale and my weight is 85.9 (crap...) Let's see my weight tomorrow morning.

Tomorrow I will go on a trip. Lots of food expected...

I will try to log my sleep time here but not sure if I really can.

Today I've become a fan of "กล้วยมื้อเช้า - Morning Banana Diet" in facebook. Also read to around 2/3 of the book. They said I should log, err..., the process of discharging my solid waste as well. Well, let me say that, generally, it is as it is supposed to be: on time, solid, everyday without missing.
